Keep Durham Beautiful ‘s mission is to give people choices and opportunities that enable them to become more responsible for their community environment.
One really good way to feel responsible for something is to adopt it. When you take ownership of something you learn more about it, care more about it, and you show others how to make a difference.
KDB has programs to adopt many things in Durham. We partner with local government and other organizations to provide programs where you can take ownership of something in your community.
We provide materials, you provide the time and energy, and together we Keep Durham Beautiful!
