On July 1 from 9-11:15AM, join community members and the Love Your Block team with City of Durham for a volunteer workday supporting El Futuro’s expansion of their community play, garden, and outdoor gathering space. This is part of a project that received funding through the Love Your Block initiative.

Volunteers will meet at the El Futuro greenspace at 2020 Chapel Hill Rd #23.

There will be swag (t-shirts, hats, stickers) and snacks for volunteers and your participation gets you an invite into the exclusive Love Your Block Big Summer Blowout Cookout at the end of the season.
