Come join the Friends of Ellerbe Creek and Frog Hollow Outdoors for a pedestrian and boat-based clean up of Ellerbe Creek from Red Mill Road down to Falls Lake.

Registration will be limited to 20 pedestrians and 18 boats. There are a limited supply of boats on loan from Frog Hollow Outdoors. All other boaters MUST provide their own boat and PFD.

This cleanup is recommended for volunteers 8 or older. All children under 12 years old will need to be in a canoe with their parents. Volunteers under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

The boating portion of this event is contingent upon the water levels in Falls Lake, and may be subject to cancellation without sufficient rainfall prior to March 21.
